ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

LOCATION: The Lodge at Snow Valley (13204 – 45 Avenue, NW)
The following are some of Snow Valley Ski Club’s Bylaws, which pertain to nominating and voting procedures for the Annual General Meeting:
- (b) Members may nominate individual Directors, and individuals to the position of President,
Vice-President and Secretary-Treasurer. Such nominations shall be presented to the
Nominating Committee seven (7) days prior to the Annual General Meeting in order to
prepare ballots if required and to verify eligibility of those nominated. The nomination
must be signed by three Members and the consent of the nominee in writing shall
accompany such nominations. The President shall submit such nominations at the annual general meeting of Members in addition to any nominations made by the Nominating Committee.
PROXY
- (a) Members may vote by proxy.
(b) A proxy shall be in writing in an effectual form under the hand of the appointer or of his attorney duly authorised in writing, and shall not be attested. A person may be appointed a nominee by proxy although not a Member.
(c) No proxy shall be valid after the expiration of one month from the date of its execution.
(d) The proxy shall be deposited at the registered office of the Club or such other place as may be specified in the notice of the meeting not less than 24 hours before the time for holding the meeting at which the person named in the instrument proposes to vote. In any default of such deposit, the proxy shall not be treated as valid.
- The Club shall have no obligation to send proxy forms to Members.
Pump Up The Jam is was a great success! Snow Valley’s longest continuous fun freestyle competition. This year we had 51 snowboarders and skiers between the ages of 4 and 12 years of age. See the photos…

Season Pass Appreciation Night
Beginning at 5:00 pm on Saturday, December 21st, Snow Valley will open to an EXCLUSIVE Season Pass Holder evening.
REGISTER HERE
Any 2019-20 Season Pass holder can register, but you MUST register. If you purchased an individual pass for your child (Mite or Junior, for example) parents may participate in exchange for an unwrapped gift for Santa’s Anonymous. Be sure to register by December 18th.
Concession will have a limited menu with everything discounted by 25% for the evening. We will also be giving away prizes all evening long – once every half hour until 8:30 pm. All runs and lifts will be open. Come join us by registering today!

Triple Down Terrain Park Series returns for 2022! Rabbit Hill on January 9th, Snow Valley on February 6th and Sunridge on March 6th.
This all-ages, all-genders, all-abilities competition is your chance to ride a different park and make new friends while riding!
The prizes are great, vibes are fun, and accessibility is high!
Feb 6 – Snow Valley
What you need to know
Registration:
Registration happens the day-of, from 9:00am – 11:00am. Look for a table set up indoors, on the main floor of the lodge!
A waiver of liability MUST be filled in by all participants before competing. Save time and complete the Event Waiver ahead of time here (will open in new window).
Pricing:
Competition Lift Ticket: $20 (not required for Snow Valley season pass holders)
Competition Entry Fee: $20
Schedule*:
Registration: 9:00am – 11:00am
Park Jam/Warm-Up: 10:00am – 11:00am
Rider’s Meeting: 11:30am
Competition: to begin after rider’s meeting
Age Brackets*:
11-Under
12-17
18+
Note: Competitors may choose to compete in an age-level bracket older, but not younger.
* Schedule and age brackets are subject to change based on registration levels and without notice.
