Lift tickets are valid for the duration of the ticket OR until the hill closes - whichever comes first. Please check hill hours here.
Lift tickets are non-refundable.
Private Lessons must be booked with a certified Snow Valley ski or snowboard instructor. Private Lesson Info. Receiving paid lessons from an unautorized 3rd party instructor while at Snow Valley is strictly prohibited.
WALKING PASSES*: Complimentary walking passes for parents/guardians assisting young learners are available at Guest Services.
*Availability subject to Guest Services discretion, including hill capacity at given moment; Max 1 walking pass per child needing assistance; limited to east side of Discover carpet only; child still requires a valid lift ticket; proper on-snow footwear required.
