If you were a 2024-25 Season Pass Holder or purchased a lift ticket in 24-25 and still have your Snow Valley RFID card, you must use your existing online profile to purchase a 2025-26 Season Pass. Upon completion of your waiver for this season, your 2025-26 Season Pass will then be recognized on your existing card.
- Keep your Season Pass Card each season. Replacement Snow Valley RFID cards are $5.00 each.
- Your Season Pass RFID card is associated with your individual profile and it cannot be shared, sold or transferred to another family member, friend or another individual. Season Pass holders participating in any of these activities will have their Season Pass suspended and will incur a $150 reactivation fee.
Remember that you must fill in your individualized waiver before hitting the slopes or picking up your new season pass. Look for an email titled “Waiver for [Your Name]” from “Snow Valley Ski Club”. It will have been sent to the email address associated with your Season Pass.
If you have any issues or cannot find the email, please contact sales@snowvalley.ca or 780-434-3991 and our team can get you your waiver.

- A completed waiver is required. A completed waiver MUST be signed by a parent or legal guardian BEFORE a Season Pass can be issued to anyone under the age of 18 (A link to the waiver will be in your confirmation letter after purchase).
- Weekday Monday - Friday Season Passes are valid Monday to Friday during regular hours of operation and statutory holidays that land on a weekday. This pass is valid for discounts on multi-week lessons that occur Monday to Friday only.
- Immediate Family Members are defined as: up to 2 (two) parents or a combination of a parent and/or a legal guardian and up to 3 (three) dependent children under 18 years of age, all residing at the same address. Additional children will be charged an additional fee per child.
