We are located on 119 Street just off the Whitemud Freeway. Take the 119 street exit off the Whitemud Freeway and turn south. Turn right (west) at the traffic lights 300m ahead where there is a wooden sign that says "Whitemud Park". Follow the road down the hill and under the Freeway overpass that will lead you to our parking lot.

Snow Valley will close and postpone lesson programming when there is a Severe Weather Warning issued by Environment Canada. If there are extreme weather conditions without an official warning, Snow Valley may limit facility operations. The decision to do so will be made on a daily basis according to the localized conditions at Snow Valley. If Snow Valley is open, scheduled lesson programming will go ahead.

When lesson programming is affected by a hill closure, all affected customers will be notified via email and we will make every effort to reschedule the lessons to a later date. If that is not possible, affected customers will be issued a resort credit for the value amount of the cancelled lesson.

Please keep posted to this website www.snowvalley.ca or phone 780-434-3991 to check current conditions and operating status.
