Please select the product or policy below to view the applicable refund, cancellation, or credit information.

Season Passes and/or Full-Season Rentals are refundable if cancelled on or before November 15 of the current season.

After November 15, refunds or credits will be considered for serious injury, major medical condition, or relocation only.

A letter from a Medical Doctor must support refund requests for a medical condition or injury. A letter from an employer outlining the transfer and employment location must support refund requests for relocation.

Family Passes and Family Full-Season Rentals include all family members. No partial refunds will be provided for individual family members.

Telephone conversations with Snow Valley employees do not constitute an official request.

Lesson programs are NON-refundable.

Participants who cannot continue due to illness or injury supported by a doctor's note will be credited the prorated value of the remaining lesson(s).

Credits will be considered once written notice and supporting documents are submitted to Snow Valley.

Private Lesson Cancellation

At least 24 hours' notice is required.

We understand you may need to cancel a lesson last minute due to illness. We do ask that you give us as much notice as possible, as we will need to adjust staffing levels.

Please call the Private Lesson Booking desk at 587-416-2503 and leave a message. Messages can be left 24 hours a day.

Please be aware that cancelling the day of your lesson may incur a $50.00 rebooking fee.

Private Lesson Rebooking

Private lessons can be rebooked once without penalty with 24 hours' notice.

Additional rebookings will incur a $50.00 administration fee per change.

"No shows" will not be compensated.

Lift Tickets and Daily Rentals are NON-refundable.

Lift Tickets and Daily Rentals are valid only for the date for which they were purchased and are non-transferable.

No refunds or credits will be provided for unused or partially used Lift Tickets or Daily Rentals, except when Snow Valley closes the ski hill and is unable to honour the Lift Ticket or Daily Rental for the date purchased. In this case, a credit will be provided.

Snow Valley may close, limit operations and/or postpone lesson programming when there is extreme cold or severe weather. The decision to do so will be made on a daily basis according to the localized conditions at Snow Valley and may occur without an official warning issued by Environment Canada.

When lesson programming is affected by extreme weather, all affected customers will be notified via email and we will make every effort to reschedule the lessons to a later date. If rescheduling is not possible, affected customers will be issued a resort credit for the value amount of the cancelled lesson.

When Lift Tickets or Daily Rentals are affected by a hill closure, affected customers will be issued a credit for the value of the Lift Ticket or Daily Rental that Snow Valley is unable to honour.

Please check www.snowvalley.ca or phone 780-434-3991 for current conditions and operating status.
