A Bit About Us

Snow Valley provides the opportunity to inject a bit more fun into the day to day duties of a financial accountant.  It’s mainly about accounting however, we also need your adventurous side, too.  Snow Valley is Edmonton’s premiere alpine teaching facility.  We are also the home of Canada’s first high ropes aerial trekking tower, Snow Valley Aerial Park.  

We are a not for profit organization (1961) and can trace organized alpine activity with lifts on the hill back to the late 1940’s.

In addition to those seasonal businesses, we have two more major businesses. The first is Rainbow Valley Campground.  This is Edmonton’s only campground within city limits and has a brand new ‘chalet’.   

The other is The Lodge at Snow Valley – what the winter day lodge turns into between April and November. 

The Campground is usually at 90% capacity during July and August and there are weddings each and every weekend from May to the end of October.
