Snow Valley is continually monitoring the constantly evolving COVID-19 situation and at this time, we remain open for business with lesson programming continuing as normal. We are fully committed to the health
and safety of our guests and employees, and the community in general. Currently, the risk in Western Canada from COVID-19 continues to be assessed as low. https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/2019-novel-coronavirus-infection.html
We have been maintaining regular contact with local health authorities and City of Edmonton administration to ensure that we are aware of and compliant with current recommendations. We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and taking appropriate precautions as required. We currently plan to remain in operation until our scheduled closing date of March 27.
For the health and safety of our guests and employees, we have increased the frequency and intensity of surface cleaning and sanitization, especially of commonly touched surfaces.
We are encouraging and reminding guests and staff about effective hygienic procedures such as frequent and thorough handwashing and avoiding touching your face and reducing direct contact with others. We also urge guests and employees to not come to the facility if they or someone they live with are sick.
