You should be aware that participating in Adventure Activities involves many inherent risks, dangers and hazards including but not limited to:

Walking on rough and uneven terrain; Changing weather conditions not limited to rain, snow, hail, wind, blowing debris, and lightning which may cause the deck, apparatus and zip lines to be slippery; Equipment failure; Exposed and falling earth, ice, trees, tree stumps, and forest deadfall or other natural objects; Travel on back-country roads; negligence of other participants and other persons;

Over-exertion; Failure to act safety or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; Impact or collision with trees, participants or guides; Failure to properly adjust or fasten equipment; improper use of equipment; Falls; Infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact;
