We have also simplified the age categories to include a single pass for those up to 12 years, 13 and over, Seniors (now beginning at 65 years of age) along with our popular Family and Weekday passes.
Season Pass holders will NOT have to book in advance to access the lifts, however you must have your pass with you at all times for scanning at each lift every time.
|Pass Holder User Agreement|
|1. The pass is non-transferable and its use is restricted to the person whose name and photograph appear on it. Use by any other person consititutes fraud, the pass will be confiscated without rebate, and that person will prosecuted.|
|2. The pass holder must obey all aspects of the Alpine Responsibility Code and Snow Valley safety regulations. In the event of misconduct on the part of the pass holder, he/she/they will be prohibited to return to Snow Valley for the day, week, or season without rebate and that pass will be conficiates for this time period.|
|3. Misbahaviour and profanity will not be tolerated. Offenders will be denied use of the facilities.|
|4. All pass holders must read and sign the "Release of Liability" agreement.|
|5. If the pass is lost, there is a $25.00 charge for a replacement pass.|
|6. Helmets are mandatroy in the Terrain Park.|
|7. The pass is the property of Snow Valley.|

Season Passes are refundable if cancelled before November 15, 2020. Refunds or credit may be requested only for serious injury, major medical condition or relocation. Refunds or credits for medical reasons must be supported by a doctor's certificate. All refunds will be issued after written notice is submitted to Guest Services by fax (780-436-5479), by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or by bringing in a letter in person to Snow Valley Guest Services. Refunds or credit for relocation must be supported by a letter from an employer outlining transfer and employment location.
