Certified instructors will help you improve your techinque no matter how long you've been enjoying this wondrous winter outdoor activity.
Commit to the full season or sign up for our drop-in classes. Each lesson is 1 hour 45 minutes in length.
All lessons now include the lift ticket! The included lift ticket is valid for the duration of the lesson ONLY. If you wish to ski or snowboard longer than the lesson, you will need to either have a season pass or purchase a separate lift ticket.
Please note - We require a minimum of 4 participants present to run the 65+ lesson program.
During lessons, participants will come within 2m of the instructor and/or other participants. Though we will practice physical distancing, there will be occasional physical contact between the instructors and participants (for instance, to help someone stand on the snow, etc.) Chairlifts will be shared between lesson participants. Because of this, we INSIST that all participants wear appropriate face coverings during the entire lesson.
All face coverings must completely cover the nose, mouth, and chin, and must not have open holes where breath can escape easily. Though we acknowledge that this may be inconvenient or uncomfortable, the safety of our guests and staff is of utmost importance. Failure to comply will result in removal from the lesson without refund or credit.
Helmets are required for all lesson participants.
If you are not comfortable with the group lesson format, private lessons are available for individuals/cohorts of up to 5 people and can be adapted to suit your comfort level.
Please stay home if you are sick, if you are showing any signs/symptoms of COVID-19, or if you have been advised to self-isolate.
All lessons are non-refundable.
If Snow Valley cancels the lesson due to weather or closure, the lesson will be rescheduled later in the season.
If you have any further questions regarding credits and cancellations, please contact our guest services team.
