{"id":3813,"date":"2026-09-16T11:14:04","date_gmt":"2026-09-16T17:14:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.snowvalley.ca\/ski-hill\/blog\/?p=3813"},"modified":"2026-09-16T11:23:09","modified_gmt":"2026-09-16T17:23:09","slug":"new-webstore-faq","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.snowvalley.ca\/ski-hill\/blog\/new-webstore-faq\/","title":{"rendered":"New Webstore FAQ"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Webstore FAQ<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are the most common questions we&#8217;ve been getting about our <a class=\"orange\" href=\"https:\/\/snowvalley.axess.shop\/en\/Products\/Tickets\/\" \"=\"\">new webstore<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do I need to make a new account?   <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">     Yes, because this is an entirely new system, all webstore users will need to make a new account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where do I find Group Lessons in the webstore?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">     Once in the webstore, Group Lessons are up in the header\/menu. On a mobile, click the 3 horizontal lines at the top right to open the menu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">     If you do not see the Group Lessons there, do a hard refresh of the webstore in your browser (Ctrl + Shift + R), or clear your cache and try again. This should make them show up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I apply my Season Pass Holder discount on multi-week lessons?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">     The discount is reflected in the fact that Season Pass Holders do not need to add the lift ticket add-ons to the lesson. This is a savings of 25% compared to those without Season Passes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do I get a Season Pass Holder redemption code like in prior years? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">     No. With this new system, there is no need for Season Pass Holder redemption code. To enjoy your Season Pass Holder lesson benefits, enjoy skipping the lift-ticket add-ons for all group &amp; private lesson products. This is a 25% savings compared to those without Season Passes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are the Season Pass Prices in the webstore already discounted? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">     Yes. The Season Pass products in the webstore are already discounted off the regular rate. You can see the rates all season long on the <a class=\"orange\" href=\"https:\/\/www.snowvalley.ca\/ski-hill\/passes-rentals\/season-passes\">Season Pass Page<\/a> here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why won&#8217;t my photo upload?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">     It is likely an incorrect file type. Most photos file types (.jpg, .png) will work. Apple users please note that &#8216;.heic&#8217; files will not upload. Please use a compatible file type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do I need to get a new RFID card? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">     Yes. Even if you have an RFID card from a previous season, it will need to be replaced. Visit a pick-up box or our Guest Services desk once we open for the winter season to get your new card. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do I do if I am still having issues? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">     Our Guest Services team is here to help (<a class=\"orange\" href=\"tel:780-434-3991\" data-type=\"tel\" data-id=\"tel:780-434-3991\">780-434-3991<\/a> <em>press 1 when prompted<\/em>, or email <a class=\"orange\" href=\"mailto:sales@snowvalley.ca\">sales@snowvalley.ca<\/a>).
