2016/2017 Season Passes purchased between August 1, 2016 and October 31, 2016 are refundable if cancelled before November 1, 2016. After November 1, 2016 refunds or a credit may be requested only for serious injury, major medical condition or relocation.
2016/2017 pre-paid Season Passes purchased between February 15, 2016 and April 1, 2016 are non-transferable & non-refundable for any reason.
Refunds for medical reasons must be supported by a doctor's letter.
Refunds for relocation must be supported by a letter from an employer outlining transfer and employment location.
All lesson programs are NON-refundable. Refunds will only be considered for serious injury or major medical condition and must be supported by a doctor’s letter. Participants who cannot continue due to illness or injury will be allowed a credit equal to the pro-rated value of the remaining lesson(s).
Making any changes to registered lessons will only be accepted up to one week prior to start date. A $25.00 administration fee will also be charged per change.
Telephone conversations with Snow Valley employees do not constitute an official refund request.
Refunds will only be considered after written notice and supporting documents are submitted to Guest Services. Refunds are pro rated to the date that passes and lesson material is returned.
Requests may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or by bringing in a letter in person to Snow Valley Guest Services.
All refunds will be credited to your client account.
All refunds/lesson changes are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
No refunds will be accepted after March 15, 2017.
Make Up Lessons:
Only one make-up lesson will be allowed per program & must be booked in advance through Guest Services. No refund or credit will be given to participants who elect to miss lessons for any reason.Programs are held in ALL weather conditions. If Snow Valley closes due to weather, we will make alternate arrangements for missed lesson programs.
