Introducing: Servus Community Sunday<\/em><\/strong>s<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are thrilled to announce Servus Community Sundays, an initiative that offers discounted visits to the Aerial Park Tower while also fundraising for two community groups: Edmonton\u2019s Food Bank<\/a> and Royal Alexandra Hospital\u2019s CAMH Unit Rejuvenation project<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building on the success of Servus Community Fridays during the winter season, we are excited to expand the program to those who want to explore our Aerial Park Tower in the summer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Servus Community Sundays Work<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every Sunday after 3:00pm, visitors to the Aerial Park Tower here at Snow Valley can enjoy a full 2-hour tower adventure for only $30, if purchased online<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

$5 from every single Servus Community Friday ticket sold is donated equally between the donation recipients of this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Servus Credit Union & Snow Valley: Supporting Communities Across Edmonton<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last winter, Servus Community Fridays raised over $19,985 for four amazing community initiatives: Edmonton Food Bank<\/a>, Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue<\/a>, Covenant Care\u2019s Foyer Lacombe Hospice Suites Upgrade<\/a>, and the Snow Valley Community Initiatives Program<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This summer, the proceeds will be split between the Edmonton Food Bank as well as the Royal Alexandra Hospital\u2019s CAMH Unit Rejuvenation project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Donation Recipients<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edmonton\u2019s Food Bank is a local non-profit organization that provides food hampers to over 43,000 people monthly as well as over 500,000 meals\/snacks to local soup kitchens, shelters, schools, and community groups. By collecting monetary donations, as well as surplus food donations, the Food Bank is able to provide food to the people in our communities that do not have the luxury of food security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Royal Alexandra Hospital\u2019s Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH) Centre, also known as Unit 36 of the hospital\u2019s Child Psychiatry department, provides critical mental health care to children aged 5-11. The CAMH Unit Rejuvenation Project is an initiative to create a more well-rounded facility that will provide a more therapeutic and nurturing environment to help the children throughout their treatment and recovery. The team at the CAMH Centre work diligently to change the lives of children, and their families, who are suffering from severe mental health concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Servus Community Fridays and Servus Community Sundays would not exist without the ongoing support of Servus Credit Union<\/a>. Being able to partner with like-minded organizations makes a huge difference, and we are thrilled that our ongoing partnership continues to reduce financial barriers for Edmontonians while supporting many worthy causes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also want to thank both the Edmonton Food Bank and the Royal Alexandra\u2019s CAMH Centre for all of the hard work that they do to support a happy and healthy Edmonton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a not-for-profit organization ourselves, we understand how important community is, and how much of a difference each donation can make to these local organizations. We are proud to be able to offer these types of programs and support local groups and organizations that are striving to improve the quality of life for all Edmontonians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
