Volunteer Opportunities

If you have a passion for winter sports and your community, we are looking for you! Snow Valley is always seeking dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to help us with programs and events. Whether you are a student, parent or retired person we may have a great opportunity that’s just right for you. If you are able to commit to at least one winter season of volunteer service, please complete an application form (available online or from Guest Services). Volunteers are recruited on an on-going basis for a wide variety of programs. Some programs, however, have limited availability and are seasonal.

Volunteer Positions Available

We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis for the following seasonal positions:

School Group Volunteer (Monday to Friday positions, 8:45am - 2:30pm, must be at least 14 years old)

Ski Buddy Volunteer (Day time, Monday to Friday position. Must be at least 16 years of age. Must be an intermediate skier or snowboarder)

Special Events Volunteer

Rental Shop Volunteer (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday positions. Must be at least 14 years of age)

Snow Host (Must be at least 16 years of age)

Simon the Snow Leopard Mascot Volunteer (Must be at least 5'8")

Simon's helper (Must be at least 14 years of age)

Safety Patrol Volunteer (Must be at least 16 years of age. Must be an intermediate skier or snowboarder)
