What are your hours of operation?

Our regular hours of operation are as follows:
     Monday to Friday: 9:30am - 9:00pm
     Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

How do I get to Snow Valley?

We are located on 119 Street just off the Whitemud Freeway. Take the 119 street exit off the Whitemud Freeway and turn south. Take your second right...there will be a sign at the turnoff that says "Whitemud Park". If you follow the road down the hill and under the Freeway overpass that will lead you to our parking lot. How do I sign up for lessons?

There are two ways you can sign up for all our lessons.
1. Over the phone @ 780-434-3991: We do registration for lessons over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard.
2. In person: You can come down and sign up in person at Guest Services.

How do I apply for a job at Snow Valley and do you still have positions available?

There are a number of ways you can apply for a job at Snow Valley. You can come down in person and fill out an application form, e-mail your resume to us at jobs@snowvalley.ab.ca or go to our Employment section on our website and fill out our online application. Even though most of our hiring is done in the fall, several jobs do become available throughout the season. We keep all applications on file and will contact you if a position does become available.


Can I take the bus to Snow Valley?

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays you can take our the Snow Valley Snow Shuttle (ETS Route 599) directly to Snow Valley with stops at the UofA and Southgate Centre Bus Terminal. The Snow Valley Snow Shuttle runs every half hour. Also if the #599 is not running, Route 30, 33, 43 and 50 all stop at the top of the hill and it's just a short walk down on the trail to Snow Valley.


Do you have a terrain park? What features do you have in the terrain park?

We actually have 2 Terrain Parks this season. Our Beginner Terrain Park has smaller features that make learning much easier and more forgiving. Our Advanced Terrain Park has comparatively larger features and requires more skill to use the features properly. Photos of last year's parks are available here: Terrain Park.


Can I book my wedding reception at Snow Valley?

Yes, you can rent our lodge for wedding receptions from April to late October. For further information, please see the Catering section on the webpage.


What is the refund policy?

Season Passes are refundable if cancelled before opening day. Refunds or credit may be requested only for serious injury, major medical condition or relocation. Refunds or credits for medical reasons must be supported by a doctor's certificate. Refunds or credit for relocation must be supported by a letter from an employer outlining transfer and employment location.

Program lessons are refundable if cancelled 5 business days prior to program start. This is required to allow us to resell the spot. No refund will be given after the program has started for any reason (This includes all pre-registered lesson programs). Program participants who cannot continue due to illess or injury will be allowed a credit equal to the pro-rated value of the remaining lesson(s) in the form of a Snow Valley gift card to be used toward private lessons. No refund or credit will be given to participants who elect to miss lessons for any reason. One make-up lesson will be allowed per program. Programs are held in all weather conditions.

All refunds will be issued after written notice is submited to Guest Services by fax (780-436-5479), by email (kellys@snowvalley.ca), or by bringing in a letter in person to Snow Valley Guest Services.


Is there snow tubing at Snow Valley?

No, Snow Valley no longer offers snow tubing.


Is there a campground at Snow Valley?
