Yup…that’s right…only $5! Tell your family and friends but make sure everyone has a non-perishable food item to receive the $5 deal! Ski rentals are only $10 and board rentals are only $17 as well after 5pm EVERY FRIDAY *Helmet renatls are available for an extra $9!!! This deal only applies on Fridays so see you every friday night out on the slopes!

Today Snow Valley is excited to announce it will be opening it’s doors, lifts and runs to the public on Saturday, November 14, 2009 to officially start the 2009/10 season! Snow Valley will be open this weekend from 9am to 5pm with the carpet lifts running all day and the quad chairlift may be opening in the afternoon after snow making and snow maintenance are completed. Opening hours will run Monday to Friday (Nov. 16-20) 5pm to 9pm and regular season hours will begin November 21st.

The annual Ski & Snowboard Swap is happening once again at the Snow Valley Lodge on October 17-18, 2009. Everyone is welcome to drop-off items they wish to sell Saturday, October 17 from 9am – 4pm and/or are welcome to purchase items Sunday, October 18 from 9am – 4pm.

A $2 entrance fee will be charged on October 18 with proceeds going to support the Snow Valley Staff and Racing Team Scholarships. If you are selling items, please be advised that there is a $2 charge per item for hard goods and a $1 charge per item for soft goods plus an additional 20% commission for all items. These fundraising proceeds go towards the Snow Valley Community Initiatives Program. We look forward to seeing you there and helping our community!
